PERSYARATAN:
1. Siswa mendapat rekomendasi dari sekolah
2. Saat ini sedang menjalani tingkat akhir (kelas 3 atau 12) Sekolah Menengah atau telah lulus tidak lebih awal dari Juni 2019 (terbuka untuk lulusan 2019 dan 2020).
3. Siap mengikuti perkuliahan di bulan September 2020.
4. Memenuhi persyaratan bahasa Inggris yang ditentukan oleh pihak University of Toronto bagi pelajar dari luar Kanada: Skor IELTS min. 6.5 (dengan masing-masing nilai min. 6.0); TOEFL iBT minimal total skor 89-99 (serta minimal skor 19-21 untuk bagian Writing); atau setara.
5. Memiliki gagasan kreatif dan original.
6. Berkomitmen pada sekolah dan masyarakat.
7. Berprestasi dalam bidang akademik dan non akademik.
8. Memiliki antusias tinggi dalam belajar dan eksplorasi intelektual.
9. Menunjukkan kemampuan kepemimpinan yang kuat.

Pastikan anda sudah memenuhi persyaratan masuk sebagai mahasiswa di University of Toronto (International Applicants). Pendaftaran beasiswa untuk tahun 2020 baru akan dibuka pada akhir September 2019. Setelah pihak panelis mendapatkan nominasi dan pendaftaran, anda dapat melengkapi Formulir Pendaftaran Online Lester B. Pearson Scholarship. Batas waktu pendaftaran beasiswa sampai dengan 15 Januari 2020. Batas waktu nominasi dari sekolah sampai dengan 30 November 2019.

Kabar baik bagi para guru dan calon pengawas Madrasah. Saat ini Direktorat Jenderal Pendidikan Islam Kementerian Agama RI melalui Direktorat Guru dan Tenaga Kependidikan (GTK) Madrasah kembali menawarkan Program Beasiswa S2 Guru Madrasah dan Calon Pengawas Madrasah. Adapun tujuan pelaksanaan program beasiswa guru ini untuk meningkatkan mutu, kompetensi dan profesionalisme Guru dan Tenaga Kependidikan (Calon Pengawas Madrasah) di lingkungan Direktorat Jenderal Pendidikan Islam.
SASARAN PROGRAM:
1. Guru PNS Kementerian Agama yang mengajar pada Madrasah.
2. Guru Tetap Yayasan yang mengajar pada madrasah swasta.
3. Guru Bukan PNS yang mengajar pada madrasah negeri.
4. Calon Pengawas Madrasah semua jenjang.
CAKUPAN BEASISWA:
1. Biaya pendidikan dan penyelenggaraan progam, yang terdiri dari:
  a. pengelolaan program;
  b. perkuliahan dan kegiatan akademik lainnya;
  c. koordinasi internal dan eksternal.
2. Biaya hidup (Living Cost) senilai Rp 1.700.000,- per bulan
3. Biaya buku senilai Rp 2.100.000,- per tahun
Pendidikan Magister ditempuh selama 2 tahun atau 4 semester. Pelaksanaan studi akan dilaksanakan pada 11 perguruan tinggi dalam negeri yang ditetapkan sebagai mitra penyelenggara, yaitu:

Para guru yang terpilih mengikuti program beasiswa guru S2 tersebut akan dibebaskan dari tugas pokoknya sebagai guru selama masa studi (2 tahun) dan kembali lagi menjalankan tugas pokoknya setelah program selesai.
PERSYARATAN:
1. Calon peserta merupakan:
  a. Guru PNS, Guru Non PNS, Guru Tetap Yayasan Non PNS minimal telah mengabdi pada Madrasah selama 2 tahun.
  Guru Tetap yang di SK-kan oleh Ketua Yayasan tempat bertugas, dengan syarat yang bersangkutan setelah studi bersedia bertugas kembali (minimal 5 tahun) pada lembaganya dibuktikan dengan Surat Pernyataan Bermaterai.
  b. Calon Pengawas Madrasah semua jenjang binaan Kementerian Agama, sudah mengabdi sebagai guru minimal 8 tahun, untuk unsur kepala madrasah minimal sudah menjabat selama 4 tahun, berstatus PNS.
2. Berpendidikan S1/D4 dari perguruan tinggi terakreditasi.
3. Pengampu salah satu mata pelajaran berikut: Pendidikan Agama Islam (Akidah-Akhlak, Alqur’an-Hadist, Fikih, Sejarah dan Kebudayaan Islam), Pendidikan Matematika, Pendidikan Bahasa Inggris, Pendidikan Bahasa Arab.
4. Mempunyai IPK minimal 2,75 (skala 4,00) pada jenjang pendidikan S1/D4.
5. Mempunyai kemampuan bahasa Inggris dan bahasa asing lainnya dibuktikan dengan sertifikat.
6. Mempunyai Nomor Unik Pendidik dan Tenaga Kependidikan Madrasah (NUPTK) atau Nomor Pendidik dan Tenaga Kependidikan (NPK), terdaftar dalam SIMPATIKA dan diutamakan yang sudah sertifikasi.
7. Berusia maksimal 43 tahun, terhitung per tanggal 31 Desember 2019.
PERSYARATAN ADMINISTRATIF:
Mengajukan permohonan tertulis untuk memperoleh bantuan Program Beasiswa S2 kepada Direktur Jenderal Pendidikan Islam Kementerian Agama RI melalui Perguruan Tinggi yang dituju sesuai jurusan yang diminati dengan lampiran dokumen berikut dan diupload saat melakukan pendaftaran online:
1. Fotocopy ijazah dan transkrip nilai S1/D4 yang telah dilegalisir.
2. Fotocopy SK pertama dan SK terakhir penempatan sebagai guru (PNS).
3. Fotocopy SK Kepangkatan terakhir.
4. Daftar Riwayat Hidup.
5. Surat rekomendasi dari Kepala Madrasah/Ketua Yayasan tempat bertugas yang menyatakan bahwa program studi yang akan diambil dibutuhkan untuk penguatan satuan program studi/jurusan pada perguruan tinggi tersebut.
6. Surat rekomendasi dari Ketua Yayasan bagi guru Non PNS yang menyatakan bahwa yang bersangkutan aktif dan berstatus sebagai guru tetap (minimal mengajar selama 2 tahun berturut-turut, dan untuk calon pengawas dari unsur guru minimal mengajar selama 8 tahun, jika dari unsur kepala madrasah minimal telah menjabat selama 4 tahun) di Madrasah Tempat Tugas.
7. Surat pernyataan diizinkan belajar dan ditugaskan kembali mengajar setelah selesai mengikuti Program Tugas Belajar Strata-2.
8. Fotocopy Kartu Tanda Penduduk (KTP) yang masih berlaku.
9. Daftar Riwayat Hidup.
10. Fotocopy NPWP.
11. Fotocopy Sertifikat Pendidik (bagi yang telah lulus sertifikasi).
12. Surat Pernyataan tidak sedang mendapatkan bantuan Program Tugas Belajar Strata-2 dari Kementerian Agama atau Instansi Lain yang ditandatangani diatas materai.
13. Surat Permohonan Program Beasiswa Guru Strata-2 ditujukan kepada Direktorat Jenderal Pendidikan Islam cq Direktur Guru dan Tenaga Kependidikan.
14. Surat pernyataan kesanggupan menyelesaikan studi (maksimal 4 semester) di atas kertas bermaterai, jika guru tidak menyelesaikan studi sesuai masa kontrak, maka pembiayaan semester berikutnya dibiayai oleh guru yang bersangkutan.
15. Surat pernyataan kesanggupan mengembalikan seluruh biaya studi ke kas negara di atas kertas bermaterai, jika guru tidak menyelesaikan studi.
CARA MENDAFTAR:
Untuk mendaftar Beasiswa S2 Guru Madrasah dari GTK Madrasah, dapat dilakukan dengan langsung menghubungi Perguruan Tinggi (PT) penyelenggara dengan batas waktu sampai dengan tanggal 26 JULI 2019.
Proses seleksi secara teknis akan diproses oleh PT penyelenggara yang kemudian hasil seleksi diserahkan pada Kemenag. Seleksi akan terbagi menjadi dua, yaitu seleksi administratif dan akademik. Proses seleksi administratif meliputi keaslian formulir, kelengkapan dan keabsahan seluruh dokumen pendukungnya. Sedangkan untuk seleksi akademik berupa tes tulis meliputi Tes Potensi Akademik, Bahasa Inggris dan/atau Bahasa Arab, dan Wawancara.

7. Pelatihan bahasa Jerman selama 6 bulan
Persyaratan:
1. Capaian hasil studi sejauh ini
2. Memiliki pengetahuan bahasa Inggris atau Jerman
3. Keterlibatan di bidang sosial dan politik
4. Penjelasan yang meyakinkan terkait subjek serta motivasi pribadi untuk studi di Jerman dan manfaat yang diharapkan setelah kembali di negara asal
5. Gelar terakhir yang diperoleh selambatnya enam tahun sebelum permohonan beasiswa
6. Tidak berlaku bagi pelamar yang telah tinggal di Jerman lebih dari 15 bulan pada saat pendaftaran
Catatan: Semua perkuliahan master memiliki persyaratan tambahan lebih lanjut yang harus dipenuhi pelamar.
Dokumen aplikasi:
1. Formulir aplikasi DAAD (unduh)
2. Motivation letter yang ditandatangani berisi deskripsi singkat tentang akademik atau profesi pelamar dan alasan pribadi memilih program beasiswa ini serta universitasnya. Maksimum dua halaman
3. Curriculum Vitae (CV) lengkap ditandatangani
4. Salinan ijazah terakhir (penjelasan tentang sistem penilaian harus disertakan)
5. Salinan transkrip nilai terakhir
6. Sertifikat kemampuan bahasa (Jerman dan/atau Inggris)
7. Satu surat rekomendasi dari profesor universitas atau pimpinan tempat kerja dilengkapi dengan tandatangan, kop surat resmi, dan cap
Pendaftaran:
Aplikasi beasiswa DAAD dikirimkan langsung oleh pelamar ke program master dari universitas yang diminati. Bisa menggunakan bahasa Jerman atau Inggris. Jika dokumen aplikasi tidak ditulis dalam bahasa tersebut silakan lampirkan terjemahan resminya menggunakan jasa penerjemah tersumpah atau dari kampus.
Pelamar diperbolehkan mengirimkan aplikasi beasiswa hingga dua universitas sekaligus (tertera di bawah) dengan program studi berbeda. Ada delapan universitas Jerman yang berpartisipasi. Di formulir aplikasi nanti sebutkan prioritas studi pertama dan kedua. Kemudian kirimkan formulir aplikasi beserta dokumen lainnya tersebut ke masing-masing universitas yang dilamar.
Deadline ditetapkan masing-masing program master yang dilamar, antara 1 Juni – 31 Juli 2019. Bisa dilihat di website tertera.
Nantinya usulan pihak unveristas yang masuk ke pihak DAAD akan diseleksi kembali dan kandidat akan dihubungi langsung oleh pihak DAAD untuk mengunggah kembali aplikasi lengkap beasiswa PPGG ke Portal DAAD. Pastikan Anda tetap memiliki salinan dari tiap dokumen dalam format PDF untuk diunggah nantinya.
Setelah proses seleksi dilakukan, hasilnya akan diberitahu ke semua pelamar paling lambat akhir Desember 2019. Informasi lebih lanjut dapat dilihat di www.daad.de.
