Pengertian Present Continuous Tense

Present Continuous Tense atau yang biasa disebut juga dengan Present Progressive Tense merupakan salah satu tenses dalam bahasa Inggris yang digunakan untuk menyatakan suatu perbuatan atau kegiatan yang sedang terjadi pada saat ini. Bentuk Lengkap (Rumus) Present Continuous Tense

Tenses ini menggunakan auxiliary verb atau to be berupa is/am/are. Penggunaan auxiliary verb atau to be tersebut tentunya sudah kamu pahami kan?! Kapan to be “is” digunakan dan seterusnya. Selain itu, penggunaan kata kerja atau verb dalam tenses ini juga menerapkan penambahan “-ing” setelah kata kerjanya, atau dengan kata lain, yaitu penambahan verb –ing.
